First of the Month

Not sure why the date is wrong.

I'm looking forward to seeing the spring flowers blooming in the sunshine today. I love the daffodils in the borders of the garden they really make me smile. It's St Davids day today and it's also my birthday. I still remember going to school when I was little and recieving the bumps from my friends and anybody else who cared to join in. H&S wouldn't allow that to happen in the playground nowadays.
I really enjoyed making this card, I love the new word stamps Artistic Expressions from Chocolate Baroque and I played with my Grand Calibur that I recieved for Christmas.

I used Stormy Sky for the flourish and distressing the edges. Versafine Onyx Black for the wording and clear embossing powder. I combined the word stamps to make the phrase.
