The wait is finally over

Over the last nine months I've been like an expectant aunty. My friend has been waiting for the birth of her first grand child. They had gone away last weekend and as she predicted there granddaughter was born. Amelia was born on Sunday morning weighing in at 8lb 15ozs and she is gorgeous. Can't wait for a cuddle.

On Friday I couldn't wait to arrive home from work to see how things were getting on with the arrival of the Chocolate Baroque websites. Firstly an online store packed with lots of delicious goodness. Secondly the new community site that allows like minded people to chat, swap ideas and lots more. I've been allowed to show something from one of the new projects we're working on.
I love this stamp set butterflies, birds and flowers.

My hubby bought my a state of the art sewing machine for my birthday and being a true crafter thought what else will it do. So that's how I created the border.
Have a lovely weekend to everyone
Debbie

Very elegant design - I do think you're very brave to use your 'state of the art' sewing machine on card and paper though :)

Clever use of your new sewing machine. Much more fun than using it to repair a hem, lol. The doodle butterfly is such a cute simple image. Lovely.
