A few friends have been posting cards on their blogs made with Pan Pastels. I love the creations they have made so bought a trial pack. The background of this card is made with pastels. I really haven't played with them for long so will be setting some time aside at the weekend.

I used Versamark for the background stamping and flowers. I used a watercolour brush and lifted some of the pastel off the flowers. I'm keen to explore more with them.

The colours & patterns of this intrigue me, never mind the Pan Pastels. I love the way your alternating background colours echo are echoed by the harlequin patterning too. There are so many elements in this that really made me pause & think.

I came your way from Paula and had to come compliment you on this gorgeous card.
I'm a great fan of diamond stamps and the colours are right up my street, so totally love your piece.
