For my Valentine
I bought this slate tile a few weeks ago with a project in mind. I was hopping around a few blogs and spotted a friend had used the tile in a similar way. I die cut a few roses and glued them to the top. The sentiment is stamped with Brilliance Moonlight White and I'm impressed with how it stamped. I added a few small hearts and buttons which I'm totally addicted to at the moment.
Here is the card I've made for my hubby to go with his gift.
I love the quirkiness of these bird stamps from Happy Words and Birds, my hubby isn't a mushy person so I think he'll like this one.
It's a good job my hubby isn't a blog hopper.
Thanks for visiting.

Hi Debbie, wow this is gorgeous and what a creative idea to stamp on slate, I'd never have thought of that.

Think we shop at the same place............. beautiful about sums up this little piece of art me thinks.
Super way of co-ordinating the two without them being the same. I particularly like the way you've placed the birds inside the heart shaped opening - almost a reverse of what you have done with the slate where the images are on top of the heart. Hard to describe but hope you get my general drift......... (head not behaving so bit cumbersome with words).

Hi Debbie, Beautiful work with the slate and the card is sweet. As Paula said I also like the way the birds are inside the heart opening, they are so cute! Have a Happy Valentines Day, Shirleyxx
