Happy 2014

I haven't done a resolution for a few years now and don't intend to, they always have a feeling of disappointment about them. I think that tells I have no will power what so ever. I've put a little thought into my two words for 2014 and have chosen 'Be Good'. I intend to interpret be good in lots of ways, 'be good choosing what I eat,' 'be good at all I do,' 'be good to others,' I think you might get my drift.

I love all things craft and have a few unfinished projects on the go that are pick up on an evening things. I'm making a rag rug, a knitted blanket and intend to make a new quilt for our king size bed.
Here are photos of a few projects from 2013

A birthday lap quilt

A tote bag

A lunch bag gift

A baby boy quilt

Another baby boy quilt

An Advent calendar

I also intend to keep my newly refurbished craft room floor tidy this year.

Best wishes for 2014

Happy New Year! Wow your projects are amazing, my sewing skills are zilch so I love to admire beautiful work like this. Great resolution too

Like Claire my needle & thread activities are very limited. I take so long with a needle that I decided that it really wasn't worth pursuing. Your quilts & handiwork are so varied & I marvel at how you fit everything in. Enjoy your new craft room.
