Beautiful Poppies
A poppy card I made a few weeks ago for Chocolate Baroque. I wanted to show that these stamps are so beautiful that they are beautiful with no colouring. They are so delicate.
I used Versafine Vintage Sepia for the poppies and softened the white card with Antique Linen Distress Ink.
This card shows again how you don't really need to colour the poppies. I love black and white together.
I've been playing with new stamps while I've been enjoying the summer holidays. I've also managed to do a little h****work and decorating as well. Today I will be decluttering, I think I'll feel fresher for doing it.

Your layout with the sepia card is beautifully with the balancing those corners provide & the doily gives such a lovely frame to the poppies - rather reminscent of the frilliness that you find some of the petals have. Thes econd is my favourite - the classiness of it & the way your border frames accent the border of the die-cut panel. Terrific.
